About Kingsport, TN - Happy to be your hometown Heating & Air Conditioning Contractor!

The city of Kingsport is located in Sullivan and Hawkins counties and is situated in the far northeastern corner of the state of Tennessee in the region commonly referred to as the Tri-Cities area.  Incorporated in 1917 and named after an early boat yard that was known as William King's Port, this historic city was frequented by early frontiersmen, Daniel Boone and Davy Crockett, and marks the beginning of the 200-mile long Daniel Boone Wilderness Trail.  Now home to a large industrial-based economy that supports more than 48,000 people, Kingsport is a thriving city that enjoys convenient access to Interstates 26 and 81, and beautiful, seasonal weather accompanied by mild, year-round temperatures that make it a great place to live or visit any time of the year!

With excellent schools, dedicated service organizations, impressive parks and recreational facilities, and numerous entertainment venues, Kingsport is a city with something for everyone!  The Kingsport Parks and Recreation Department maintains and operates several parks and community centers, as well as an 18-hole championship golf course, the Greenbelt Fitness Trail, the Renaissance Center, Hunter Wright Stadium, the Civic Auditorium, and the Scott Adam Memorial Skatepark.

Golfing enthusiasts will enjoy the Cattails at MeadowView, an excellent golfing facility designed by Denis Griffiths that is recognized as one of the top golf courses in Tennessee.  Baseball fans can enjoy the baseball action of the Appalachian Rookie League Kingsport Mets, a minor league baseball affiliate of the New York Mets, who play their home games at Hunter Wright Stadium from June to August.

The city's proximity to a number of state parks and wilderness areas provides for an impressive variety of outdoor recreational and sporting opportunities.  Warriors Path State Park, the Cherokee National Forest, Bays Mountain Park, and the Appalachian Trail are all within minutes of the Kingsport area and feature activities that include hiking, biking, horseback riding, fishing, boating, camping, ziplining, whitewater rafting, and more.

The city of Kingsport is truly a great place to live or visit, and more than lives up to its city slogan, "Best Place to Be, Kingsport, Tennessee!"
