ATC is our go-to for HVAC work. They installed a Carrier unit back in 2011 and continue to provide excellent service for it. I get a prompt and courteous response when I call for appointments. Today, Dustin came for our preventative maintenance visit. He treated me with respect, explained thoroughly an issue he found, and was responsive to all of my many questions. One little thing that meant a lot to me, he wore shoe covers when he came into our home. Following the service, my follow-up call with Mike was handled promptly and professionally and again all of my many questioned were answered. Thanks for your attention to detail and professionalism, it is noticed and the major reason why we continue to do business with ATC.

We are very happy with ATC. When they installed our system it was an excellent job. All the work was completed in a professional manner. The workmen have all been very nice. We have the preventative maintenance contract and they have always arrived in a timely manner. I would recommend this company. We feel fortunate that this company installed our system. After another service man from another company told me I needed a new furnace because of a exhaust blower I called ATC. They were nice to me on the phone and very helpful. They sent Terry out and he found a lose wire and fixed the problem in no time. If I ever need anything else I'll defiantly call them again.

I had contacted another Cooling and Heating company that regularly advertises with some unique commercials on television. I was told, "We have our contract customers and then we will get to you around noon." I understood I have to wait my turn. Fast forward 7 hours later around 2:00 P.M. when I finally got thru after their answering service hung up on me a number of times, I was told, "Well we have had an abnormal amount of contract customers call." This told me I was going to continue to be pushed back and that my business really didn't matter. After contacting ATC, my call was returned right away. I was told that he would be there right after he finished the job he was on. In about an hour there was someone at my door. He was nice, professional, and treated me like I mattered, unlike the previous company I contacted. I will be doing business with them again.

Ashley was very kind when I called and scheduled an appointment to have the company to have someone to come and install a new heat and cooling system installed in our home. The technicians were very respectful of entering my home and took care when entering by slipping on paper shoes to keep from tracking in and out. They were very efficient in getting the job done and getting it right from the get go. Also very courteous and respectful and professional about what they were doing. Very satisfied!! When I called I was treated like a valuable customer even tho I had never spoken to them before. This alone got my attention. When I asked to speak to a tech they were more than happy to let me. After tech Mike Summey called me back in a short time we talked he gave me a rough estimate from what I had told him. The following day he personally showed up to service my Carrier heat pump. After a quick inspection he pointed out a installation error that had caused my issue. "ATC did not install my unit." Mike fixed the issue then charged the system. Best part came while I was standing near my finally cold air blowing vent. He handed me the bill that came in way below the estimate. Mike explained that it wasn't as bad as he thought so he only charged me for what he done. This is a honesty that is hard to find. I would highly recommend this company.....

A few years ago I was having problems and another company had recommended a new heat pump. Bud Phillips personally came out with one or two technicians, found a minor problem, and fixed it - no new heat pump needed. The people who run ATC are wonderful. Any time I have called them, their technicians have been super-efficient, and have also done extra things to save me money. I wholeheartedly endorse ATC for any cooling and heating needs.

The day I called for an estimate, there was a salesman at my door within a few hours. He was so very nice and knowledgeable in helping me choose what was best for my home. He prepared an estimate and it was in my email inbox by the next morning. The installers were there within two days after contract was signed. They performed in a very professional, yet personable manner. I had no fear of leaving them at my home while I ran errands. They were in and out in a timely manner with a job well done! I highly recommend this company. Especially the salesman, Mike Summey.
