ATC Labor Warranty
Every ATC new equipment installation comes with a 3-year, 5-year or 10-year labor warranty! The 5 and 10 year warranties even include refrigerant! This warranty is in addition to the manufacturer’s 10 or 12 year parts warranty. To maintain our full-coverage warranty, as per manufacturer recommendations, an annual tune-up/inspection of the equipment is required.

I recently contacted ATC to conduct a diagnostic check on my Trane XR15 (15 year old unit). I was given an appointment the next day along with several texts leading... read more up to my scheduled appointment. Colin was the technician who arrived to service my unit. I really appreciated the app that he sent ahead of time which tracked his arrival to my home. I was impressed with his knowledge of my unit and related equipment. He was a very nice and pleasant young man and took care in explaining what he was doing and answering my questions. His thorough inspection gave me peace of mind regarding the operation of my unit. He was professional as well as personable which is rare sometimes with repair men. It was a pleasure being around him and I certainly appreciate his visit.
